THIS MATCHES HAVE TO BE PLAYED NORMAL AND NOT CUP RULES

THE GROUPS

There are 16 groups from A to P with 4 teams that will play 3 matches
The groups order is realized counting these paramethers :

- SAINTS RANKING

- PRELIMINARS STARS TABLE [S.T.(P)] for the teams who get qualified from preliminar phase

- two teams of the same country wouldn't stand in the same group

THE MATCHES
1st round (wednesday after the 7th Hattrick league match)
2nd round (wednesday after the 8th Hattrick league match)
3rd round (wednesday after the 9th Hattrick league match)

HOME & AWAY MATCHES

The first 2 ranked teams of each group will play 1 match at home and 2 matches away

The second 2 ranked teams of each group will play 2 matches at home and 1 match away

This feauture is keen to equilibrate the strenght of all teams
 

THE POINTS

Win 3 Points - Draw 1 Point - Lose 0 points
 

TEAMS QUALIFIED

The 1st and 2nd classified in each group are qualified to 1/16 of finals of San Leucio Tournament

The 3rd and 4th classified in each group are qualified to 1/16 of finals of San Gennaro Cup

If there are two teams in the same group with the same points the paramethers for choosing the best one are:

- Goals difference

- Goals scored

DISCIPLINARY POINTS AND SUSPENDED PLAYERS

We will apply the international cup rules regarding yellow card, red card and suspensions.

2 yellow cards = suspension for 1 match

1 red card = suspension for 1 match

The team who plays with a suspended player will automatically lose the match 3-0

The warnings and the suspensions gained in the first phase will applied in the second phase of the cup
